St Mary’s Orthodox Syrian Church, is located in South Bingipura in Begur Koppa Road, Bangalore, Karnataka State.

The Church belongs to Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church under Bangalore Diocese. The Church is the first church after the formation of Bangalore Diocese and the 12th Orthodox Church in Bangalore.

The Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church traces its origin to St. Thomas the Apostle. It is an ancient, autonomous, autocephalous, independent, Indian Church who’s Supreme Head is H H Moran Mar Baselius Marthoma Paulose II, The Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan.

The Vicar of our church is Rev. Fr. Saji Daniel and Diocesan Bishop is H.G. Dr. Abraham Mar Seraphim Metropolitan.

The foundation stone was blessed by HG Dr. Yakoob Mar Irenios on 25th February 2007.
